Sy ^ 2 is a company of Structural designers. My 240 hours of amazing experience was divided into: INSPECTION, DESIGN and RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.
In inspection, I have been brought to their different big projects such as The City of Dreams, NAIA Terminal 1, Manila Bay Resorts and The Linear either for inspection or for testing. Even in residential projects like Abanyo's. They did not bore me with all the cutting lists and test results I needed to check and sign. While in the Design and RND section, I have met hardworking people who taught me how to designate and design slabs, beams and columns manually and with the use of softwares such as STAAD, ETABS and their own-made spreadsheets. They even have asked us to join seminars of STAAD Pro and Post tensioning, team buildings and company outings all for free.
They inspired me to do the best I can in all my endevours, push through my dreams and never hesitate to ask for help.
